Activities Nearby

What to do……what to do…..Happy kids, happy parents. With only 3 families on site you will never feel that the place is thronged with children, but it is good to have a least one suggestion per day of “things to doooooo”.

There are activities here but also nearby and a little bit further afield that may take your interest.

To make things simple there are things that I book every week …..things that I can book for you when you want to do them ……and things that you can just potter off and discover for yourselves….good idea to ensure you have wellies and water shoes if possible….

Don’t forget if you want to hire bikes to be delivered here for you; contact Natasha at  http://www.bikehiredirect.com

Bush Craft

Here in the Charente we have our very own Bear Grylls and he’s called
Rupert (I kid you not).
Rupert is an absolute gold mine of knowledge about all things out doors, when I did his half day course I came away saying “who knew!!” there was so much to learn about whittling and fire lighting.
Our fire pit was practically worn out by the merry fire starters that evening (all under supervision of course)
Happy to do a half or full day courses from 20 Euros PP.
Min no of 6 and children under 6 need an adult with them http://brownsbushcraft.com

Pony Riding
